Gourmet Cheese Platter- An elegant mix of soft baked brie cheese, semi soft bleu cheese drizzled with clover honey, and a firm Fontana cheese. Served with assorted crackers and fresh & dried fruits. $4.00 per person

Roasted Garlic Platter- Savory roasted garlic is served with toasted bread, Smokey proscuiutto ham, klamata olives, roasted red peppers, and provolone cheese. $2.50 per person

Seafood Appetizer Collections- A combination of our famous lobster dip, seafood stuffed mushrooms, prosciutto wrapped scallops, and chilled shrimp  cocktail $6.75 per person

Mexican Seven Layer Dip- Delicious layers of refried beans, homemade salsa and guacamole, shredded cheeses, sour cream, scallions and black olives. Served with tortilla chips. $2.50 per person

Lobster & Artichoke Dip- Plump lobster mead is baked in our creamy alfredo sauce with artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers. Served with toast points.$8.50 per person

Crab and Spinach Dip- Fresh crab is baked with spinach, artichoke hearts and a touch of garlic in our creamy alfredo sauce. Served with toasted crostini bread $6.00 per person

Italian Pasta Buffet A new selection. Included with this buffet are a tossed garden salad with dressings, linguini, tossed with olive oil and garlic, and choice of three sauces. Catering Policies for the Boiler Room Restaurant

Our banquet room is available for private parties of 15 or more guests and holds up to 80 guests. There is no room fee for the use of our banquet room.

All payments for functions are required at the conclusion of the function, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

A guaranteed number of guests (final count) are required at least 4 days in advance. This will be the number of guests for which food is prepared. Accordingly this final count will also be the base for the amount that parties will be billed.

If a private bar is requested for any function, there is a $30.00 bartender fee.
